Terms & Conditions – Ant Control
1. Inspection: The premises will be inspected to identify ant trails, nesting areas, entry points, and possible food sources.
2. Treatment: Suitable ant-control methods will be selected based on the infestation level and site conditions.
3. Preparation: Food, utensils, and personal belongings should be properly stored or covered before treatment as advised by the technician.
4. Access: All required treatment areas must be accessible to the service team. Inaccessible areas may not be treated.
5. Safety: Children and pets should be kept away from treated areas during the service and until the technician provides re-entry instructions.
6. Cleaning: Customers should avoid washing or removing treated areas immediately after service unless instructed by the technician.
7. Effectiveness: Results may vary depending on infestation level, hygiene, weather, structural conditions, and the presence of nearby ant colonies.
8. Prevention: Proper food storage, regular cleaning, waste management, and sealing of cracks or entry points can help prevent recurring ant activity.
9. Follow-Up/Warranty: Any follow-up service or warranty will apply only if specifically mentioned in the quotation or service report.
10. Additional Service: Extra visits or treatments outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
11. Payment: Payment must be made according to the agreed quotation and payment terms.
12. Reinfestation: Ant activity may return due to external colonies, food sources, moisture, construction activity, or other environmental conditions beyond the service provider’s control.
