Service overview
Bed bug treatment begins with a room-by-room inspection to identify signs of activity, hiding areas, affected furniture and possible harbourage points. Bedrooms, mattresses, bed frames, furniture joints, cracks, gaps and other commonly affected areas are assessed to understand the extent of the infestation and plan the treatment accordingly.
Before treatment, customers are provided with preparation instructions, which may include reducing clutter, arranging access to affected areas and following specific guidance for bedding, clothing and personal items. Treatment is then carried out using suitable approved methods, focusing on identified harbourage areas and other locations where bed bugs may be present.
Bed bug activity can involve different life stages and may remain hidden in areas that are difficult to access during the initial treatment. For this reason, follow-up inspections or repeat visits may be recommended depending on the level of activity and treatment response. Customers are informed about the required precautions, follow-up process and any additional preparation needed for subsequent visits.
