Service overview
Rodent control begins with a site inspection to identify signs of rodent activity, movement patterns, nesting areas, food sources and possible entry points. Areas such as kitchens, storage rooms, utility spaces, ceilings, service ducts and other vulnerable locations are assessed to understand the extent of activity.
Based on the inspection, a suitable rodent control strategy is planned for the property. Monitoring methods and appropriate treatment options may be used according to the site conditions and service requirements. Particular attention is given to areas showing active signs of rodent movement, while treatment is carried out within the agreed service scope.
Exclusion and proofing recommendations may also be provided to help reduce access through gaps, openings, damaged fittings and other potential entry points. Clients are advised on relevant housekeeping and waste-management practices that can help reduce food and shelter sources. Follow-up monitoring may be recommended where continued rodent activity is identified.
