Residential Pest Management
1. Pre-Service Preparation:
The customer must prepare the premises as advised before treatment, including keeping food, utensils, children, pets, and personal belongings away from the treatment area where required.
2. Access to Premises:
The customer must provide access to all required treatment areas at the scheduled time. Areas that cannot be accessed may not be treated.
3. Treatment Effectiveness:
Pest control results may vary depending on the type of pest, level of infestation, property condition, hygiene, and surrounding environment.
4. Customer Cooperation:
Proper sanitation, waste management, food storage, and maintenance are essential to support effective and long-lasting pest control.
5. Re-Entry:
Customers should follow the technician's instructions regarding ventilation and the appropriate time to re-enter treated areas.
6. Warranty:
Any warranty or follow-up service is applicable only as specifically mentioned in the quotation/service report and is subject to the stated terms.
7. Additional Treatment:
Additional visits or treatments outside the agreed service scope may be charged separately.
8. Payment:
Payment should be made according to the agreed quotation and payment terms.
9. Chemical Application:
Pest control products will be applied by trained personnel according to the product label and applicable safety requirements.
10. Liability:
The service provider is not responsible for pest activity caused or reintroduced by neighboring properties, construction work, poor sanitation, structural conditions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11. Service Limitations:
Treatment does not guarantee permanent elimination of pests. Ongoing prevention and periodic maintenance may be required depending on the infestation and property conditions.
12. Customer Information:
The customer should inform the service team in advance about children, pets, allergies, sensitive areas, or other relevant safety considerations.
