3. Access: All required treatment areas must be safely accessible to the service team.
4. Safety: Children, pets, food items, and occupants should be kept away from treated areas as instructed by the technician.
5. Effectiveness: Results may vary depending on insect activity, food availability, moisture, surrounding conditions, and possible entry points.
6. Prevention: Sealing gaps and cracks, maintaining cleanliness, reducing insects, and keeping doors/windows properly screened can help reduce recurring lizard activity.
7. Customer Cooperation: Customers must follow all preparation, safety, cleaning, and preventive instructions provided by the service team.
8. Follow-Up/Warranty: Any warranty or follow-up service will apply only if specifically mentioned in the quotation or service report.
9. Reinfestation: Lizard activity may return if food sources, insects, shelter, or accessible entry points remain present.
